We strive to provide high-quality physical products, digital products, engineering resources, and professional services. This Return Policy explains the conditions under which returns, exchanges, and refunds are accepted.

1. Physical Products

This applies to tools, equipment, construction materials, templates delivered physically, branded merchandise, and other tangible products sold through our website.

Eligible Returns

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective physical products under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

  • The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided

Non-Returnable Physical Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used or damaged items caused by customer misuse

  • Customized or special-order products

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Perishable or consumable construction materials where applicable

Return Method

Returns are accepted:

  • By mail

Customers are responsible for securely packaging the returned item before shipment.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Return labels are provided as Download and Print

  • Return shipping cost: No cost to the customer

Restocking Fees

  • No restocking fee is charged

Refund Processing Time

Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 7 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for eligible physical products if:

  • The item received is defective

  • The wrong item was delivered

  • The customer requests a replacement within the return window

2. Digital Products

This applies to downloadable contract templates, engineering templates, BOQ templates, project planning documents, calculators, guides, eBooks, consultation documents, and other digital resources.

Digital Product Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products being instantly accessible and downloadable, all digital product sales are generally final and non-refundable.

However, refunds may be considered if:

  • The file is corrupted and cannot be accessed

  • The wrong product was delivered

  • There is a duplicate purchase

  • A technical issue on our side prevents access to the purchased product

Refund requests for digital products must be submitted within 3 days of purchase.

​

Non-Refundable Digital Products

We do not provide refunds for:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Lack of technical knowledge to use the file

  • Failure to read the product description before purchase

  • Downloaded products that were successfully delivered

3. Professional Services

This applies to consultations, engineering advisory services, construction planning, inspections, project support, and other service-based engagements.

Service Refunds

Refunds for services depend on the stage of project execution:

  • Full refund before work begins

  • Partial refund if work has started but is incomplete

  • No refund once the agreed deliverables have been completed

Custom service agreements may override this policy where applicable.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

  • A short description of the problem

We will review the issue and provide a replacement, exchange, or refund where appropriate.
