Returns Eligibility

• You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.

• Custom or special-order items are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon delivery.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

1. Email us at info@evansengineeringandconstruction.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. Our team will review your request and provide instructions for returning the item if eligible.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Return Shipping

• You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
